Some mornings I wake up ruminating. That’s a strong signal for me that things could downward spiral really quickly.

These mornings are very few for me, so I know I’ve let someone or something deplete me, and that needs to be dealt with STAT.

If I don’t get over it by getting my healthy attitude back in check, I risk ruining my entire day.

Yesterday is gone. Take the lessons, and move on.

Keep up the kindness. You’ve worked hard to get to this point. Don’t let anyone or anything pull you into backtrack.

Be solid as a rock when it comes to taking action to being the kind of person you truly want to be.
